• Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Preventive Genomics Products:
  • A Rs 1000 fee is deducted per product if the refund request is made before your sample is received in our lab.
  • Refunds will be processed after receiving the kit.
  • Orders are non-refundable once you are notified that your sample has been received.
  • Samples must be sent within 1 month of receiving the kits for processing.
